Targeted Training
Interactive programmes that help workers understand the why behind the rules.
A rule that people only memorise is a rule they will bend under pressure. Our training goes beyond reading out the rules: it walks frontline workers, supervisors and contractors through the real incidents behind each Life-Saving Rule, so they understand exactly what the rule protects them from and why it is non-negotiable. Sessions are built around your actual tasks, permits and site conditions, and finish with practical commitments that crews can carry straight back to work.

Frequently asked questions
What are Life-Saving Rules?
Life-Saving Rules are a short set of simple, mandatory rules covering the activities most likely to kill or seriously injure people at work — such as working at height, energy isolation, confined space entry, lifting operations, hot work and bypassing safety controls. They are deliberately few in number and absolute: everyone is expected to follow them every time. See every rule explained.
Who should attend Life-Saving Rules training?
Everyone who works on or visits an operational site: employees, contractors, supervisors and managers. Leaders benefit from a separate session on how to reinforce the rules fairly and consistently, because how leaders respond to a breach shapes whether people report honestly.
Can the training be delivered on site or online?
Yes. Sessions can be run face-to-face at your site, at a training venue, or as live online workshops, and the content is tailored to the hazards and permits that actually apply to your operation.
How is this different from a standard safety induction?
A standard induction tells people what the rules are. Targeted training explains why each rule exists using real incidents, tests understanding with realistic scenarios, and gives crews the confidence to stop work when a rule cannot be met.
